“This day Washington England came into court, and asked the court, to be permitted to administer upon all and singular, the goods and chattle rightly and (?) of the Estate of Anderson England dec'd, which being granted the said W England, entered into bond in the sum of Five hundred dollars, with W. E. England as his security satisfactory to the Court awered that he have letter of administration accordingly. (Page 512).”
