After searching VA Census records, I believe that during the 1810 Census,
John Eubank b. 10 Oct 1804 was in Albermale County, VA. at the age of 5-6 years old.

There are two different John Eubank as head of household with 4 males under the age of 10 years. .
It is noteworthy that in this Census two other Eubank head of household
(probably brothers) were named Daniel and George.
John Eubank b. 10 Oct 1804 named o?ne of his childeren
Daniel Francis Eubank and o?ne George Washington Eubank.
It is also noteworthy that they were slave owners which
means that John Eubank b. 10 Oct 1804 grew up with slaves
on the VA farm. This is probably the basis for his pro Confederacy
Vote in the Tennessee State Legislature.
