FREEMAN OF DICKSON AND STATE OF TENNESSEE FORESEEING THE CERTAINTY
NO. 72 OF DEATH AND BEING OF SOUND AND DISPOSING MIND
AND MEMORY DO PUBLISH MAKE AND ORDAIN THE FOL=
=LOWING AS MY LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT-THAT IS TO SAY
ITEM. IT IS MY WILL AND DESIRE THAT AFTER MY FUNERAL
EXPENSES ARE PAID THAT MY EXECUTOR HEREINAFTER NAMED
SHALL PAY ALL MY JUST DEBTS.
ITEM. I GIVE AND BEQUEATH TO MY BELOVED WIFE HANNAH
FREEMAN o­nE BEDSTEAD BED AND FURNITURE o­nE COW
AND CALF o­nE DINNER POT, o­nE OVEN, AND LID AND o­nE
SKILLET ALL OF WHICH I GIVE TO HER AND HER HEIRS FOREVER
ITEM. IT IS MY WILL AND DISIRE THAT MY EXECUTOR HEREIN=
=AFTER NAMED SHALL SELL MY ESTATE REAL AND PERSONAL AT
PUBLIC SALE. AND THE PROCEEDS ARRISING FROM SAID SALE TO=
=GETHER WITH ALL MONEYS I MAY HAVE, EITHER IN CASH
OR DUE ME BY NOTE BOND OTHERWISE SHALL BE EQUALLY
DIVIDED AMONGST MY SAID WIFE HANNAH AND MY SIX
