Linzy Cemetery
Located at the dead end of Slater Rd. off of White Oaak Flat Rd. This cem dates to the 1830's and is mentioned on early deeds.
Known to be here are:J.M Hunter B: 1878 D: 1882 son of John and Magaret Linzy Hunter. Martha Hagewood Linzy wife of W.H.H Linzy. Tombstone is at Greenwood. Ramsey Linzy stone worn too badly to read dates. It is thought that John Linzy B: 1810 D: 1862 is here also. There is several unmarked graves.
The cemetery is on private property with a cow feeder in the middle of the graves. The landowner is resistant to visitors.
